Due to various operational pitfalls, a lack of external experts during the individual dismantling phases is expected. The local population is less interested in the dismantling process than, e.g., in the (unresolved) issue of Interim / final disposal, which is perceived as the main obstacle for the establishment of new businesses. The main impacts were localized in the area of labor market, municipal finances and demographics. Most citizens want to stay in their communities, but this depends mainly an the creation of new jobs and training places.
