Description

The organizational culture links with the spiritual and material aspects. With the development of organizational culture theory, more and more attention is paid to the impact of organizational culture on enterprise performance. The organizational culture takes an important role in the enterprise competence. The Xinjiang Tianshan Uranium Co., Ltd. 737 Factory (hereinafter referred to as the 737 factory) is China's first industrial-scale production mining enterprise by using the in-situ leaching of uranium mining technology. It is the branch of the Xinjiang Tianshan Uranium Co., Ltd. now which was founded in 2002. The Xinjiang Tianshan Uranium Co., Ltd has become one of the key enterprises of the Department of Geology and Mining CNNC, and its three other branches learnt from the 737 factory experience to develop. The study of the organizational culture of the 737 factory has important implication for domestic uranium production enterprises. This paper uses the organizational internal recording to understand the basic situation of 737 factory and adopts questionnaire survey and investigation research and interview to qualitative analysis leadership style, employee morale and internal relationship, the enterprise strategy, internal management, salary motivation system, analysis of values, management idea. This paper also adopts the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument to quantitative analysis the dominant cultural types, the distance between cultural status quoin and cultural expectations, the dominant culture strength, the organizational cultural consistency and differences of different business departments. Through measure each dimension of organizational culture to know as much as possible the organizational culture of the 737 factory and combine the results with the misunderstanding in organizational culture construction to dredge up the defect of organizational culture construction of the 737 factory. At last, the paper put forward the rationalized suggestions to promote the development of organizational culture construction. (author)
