High-temperature superconductor La2-xBaxCuO4 as an disordered system: effect of Ba impurity on the electron spectrum

Description
Calculation by the method of xα-scattered waves for perovskite subcell La2CuO4 containing lanthanum or barium has revealed that substitution of lanthanum for barium with low concentrations of the latter promotes appearance (below the Fermi level( the impurity oxygen p-type level related to oxygen environment of lanthanum. Presence of such a level makes a model of rigid belt be inapplicable and supposes the appearance of an additional channel of electron-phonon scattering
