Light Dirac neutrino in a superstring inspired model
Description
We propose a mechanism where a superstring inspired E6 model with two generations of fermions, one being heavier than the other, can accommodate a light Dirac neutrino. This light mass generation is possible with the formation of fermion condensates which allows a mixing between the two sets of fermions. The mechanism also naturally suppresses the rapid proton decay. (orig.)
