Method of Pade approximants and π--meson photoproduction on nucleons

Description
The multipole amplitudes of pion photoproduction on nucleons in s, p, and d states at energies from threshold to 500 MeV are found from the dispersion relations and the unitarity condition by means of Pade approximants. The contribution of rho- and ω-meson exchange to the photoproduction amplitudes is taken into account. The results of the calculations are in satisfactory agreement with experiment
