Crystal structure of ScGa2 compound

Description

Using the method of monocrystal, crystal structure of the ScGa2 compound (space group is Imma, a=4.140 A, b=6.614 A, c=7.914 A) is investigated. Its belonging to the structural type kHg2 is established. Atoms in the structure of the ScGa2 compounds occupy the following positions: 4Sc in 4(e) 0.1/4, z with z=0.557; 8Ga in 8(h)0, y, z with y=0.043, z=0.159
