Radiological examination of the knee joint
Description
In the differential diagnosis of diseases of the knee-joint radiological examinations generally are of particular importance. The requirements of a reliable radiodiagnosis are a good management of the investigational technique and the use of an adequate mode of examination, which is adjusted to the individual clinical problems. The most important methods of examination and technical procedures are described. In the second part, characteristic clinical manifestations and the corresponding radiological findings are demonstrated on the basis of X-ray pictures. The differential diagnoses to be considered in connection with the various diseases are discussed. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
(orig.)Additional details
