Description
The technologies not understood in detail by the outsider and a rather emotionally than rationally founded radiation phobia have led to the fact that nuclear medical methods are judjed with overrated expectations as well as with excessive scepticism, where the second is the more frequent result than the first. One should therefore try to clarify the fascinating possibilities of the clinical application of radiodiagnostics. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Die im Detail fuer den Aussenstehenden nicht zu uebersehende Technologie und eine eher emotional als rational begruendete Strahlenphobie haben dazu gefuehrt, dass nuklearmedizinische Verfahren sowohl mit ueberhoehten Erwartungen als auch mit uebergrosser Skepsis beurteilt werden, wobei das zweite haeufig Folge des ersten ist. Es soll deshalb versucht werden, die faszinierenden Moeglichkeiten der klinischen Anwendung von Radiodiagnostika deutlich zu machen. (orig.)Additional details
