Description
The reporting of drug defects have been even more incomplete and no data was therefore given in the first report. For 1983 reports were received from Holland and Denmark and a summary is given. It is hoped that by giving this information the authors may stimulate interest in reporting such defects in order that such data can be used to promote even better quality of radiopharmaceuticals
