To the theory of radiative heat exchange in dispersed media

Description

Paper presents a new phenomenological approach to description of energy transfer of the characteristic heat radiation within the dispersed media that is free from the restrictions of geometrical optics and may describe combined effects. The approach is formulated in terms of a symbol (of Fourier transform from Green function) of radiation heat transfer operator. The symbol properties are deduced on the ground of symmetry reasons and thermodynamics basis. Relation of the presented approach with the classical equation of radiation transfer and with some other models is determined. Possibility of the practical realization of the presented approach is discussed using extension of the method of spherical harmonics and discrete coordinates. The peculiarities of the symbol are analyzed in case of radiation localisation. Paper presents the technique of direct measurements of the symbol using the method of temperatures waves
