Dieser zweite Teil des Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprogrammes der Grossforschungseinrichtungen nach ihrem Programmbudget 1977 umfasst die Gebiete der Forschung und Technologie fuer Gesundheit, Ernaehrung, Umwelt, die Transport- und Verkehrssysteme, die Grundlagenforschung, die allgemeine Forschung, die Dienstleistungen fuer Industrie, Behoerden, Oeffentlichkeit und gibt einen Ueberblick ueber die Infrastrukturen der Grossforschungseinrichtungen.
