Paramagnetic centers in γ-irradiated pyrogenic aluminum oxide
Description
Studies have been made on the paramagnetic species stabilized in amorphous Al2O3 on heating under vacuum above 720 K and on low-temperature γ-irradiation (77 K, 60Co). The ESR spectra of the Al2O3 contain signals from F+ centers, O- ones, and stabilized H atoms
