Description
Energy spectra of primary knocked-out material atoms on exposure to fast neutrons are theoretically investigated. A comparison of different calculation methods for estimating the number of formed elementary defects and a calculation of absorbed energy using Al2O3 crystal, irradiated by 14 MeV neutrons, as an example, are carried out
