Under the environment of transmission and distribution price reform, the investment of power grid enterprises will be strictly regulated by the government, so the autonomy of investment will be weakened, and the investment capacity and cost space will be restrained by each other. This paper combs and analyzes the whole process risk of receiving users' assets, the evaluation method and key points for the implementation of receiving users' assets for power grid enterprises, and puts forward the main management strategies of receiving users' assets for power grid enterprises under the environment of transmission and distribution price reform.
