Problems of stationarity in kinetic tracer models
Description
An original model, for interpreting data collected by PET, has been designed and tested in order to investigate the effects of convection and diffusion kinetics of the tracer upon the stationarity of the compartmental parameters. These studies of stationarity are applied in view to optimize the strategy of PET data collection after bolus administration of the tracer. (author). 22 refs.; 3 figs.; 3 tabs
