Charter for the development of methanization in Seine-et-Marne. Guide for landscape integration of agricultural methanization units in Seine-et-Marne

After a first document of presentation of the scope, of the commitments (to develop a sustainable sector, to help and support project holders, to structure the sector, to contribute to the implementation of the action plan), of the governance and action plans (duration, steering body, follow-up body, reciprocal commitments) of the charter adopted in Seine-et-Marne for a good development of methanization, a second document proposes a guide for landscape integration of methanization units. It first proposes an overview of the various associated stakes (political support, landscape integration, and supports to be mobilised), gives an overview of regulatory obligations to be taken into account for this landscape integration (from the town planning code and from the code of the environment), and proposes recommendations to address this landscape integration issue at different scales (agricultural landscape, site vicinity, plot)
