Simulation code for ICF including radiative energy transfer

Description
New improvements in the atomic physics environment of our ICF code NORMA, together with new algorithms for radiation transport are presented. Using that code, results on LHAR targets of ILE are reported and compared with ILESTA and HISHO-1D codes. (author)
