Nonstationary boundary conditions for a plasma sheath in a tilted magnetic field

Description

The boundary conditions of a plasma-wall contact are analyzed when the magnetic lines of force cross the wall under the angle of α << 1. The boundary conditions are considered for the plasma, the parameters of which change in time. It is noted that for α << 1 the nonstationarity effects are essential even for the macroscopic plasma motion with the frequency of ω less the ion cyclotron one. It is shown that the main effect of nonstationarity is connected with electron temperature variations
