Monitoring system for estimating chordal electron temperature in a plasma

Description
A new method for evaluating chordal electron temperature in plasma, enabling to obtain high time resolution, is described. The set of CAMAC (VECTOR) moduli for realization of described algorithm was created. The measuring circuit was tested for input loads up to 400 kHz from similator of spectrometric signal. The operation system is based on IBM PC/AT. Software of the system is based on unified program components. It includes asynchronous problem of data acquisition, universal parallel interpreter of user programs, set of programs of data processing and representation. The software operates in MS-DOS system medium
