Description

Raman spectra of nanocrystalline LaFeO3, La1-xSrxFeO3 (x=0.1, 0.2, 0.4), LaCoO3, La0.8Sr0.2CoO3, La0.8Sr0.2Fe0.4Co0.6O3 and Bi2Ti4O11 materials were examined under compacting pressures of 0.0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 GPa (0.0-13.0 GPa for Bi2Ti4O11). The results indicate that the Raman spectra of the samples change with grain size, components and compacting pressure. After nanocrystalline LaCoO3 and La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 samples had been left in situ for 48 h at room temperature, the shape of the Raman bands had changed. (orig.)
