Measurements of environmental gamma radiation
Creators
Description
The total gamma radiation exposure rates measured in 1983 around the nuclear power stations in Finland are reported. The results show no reactor-caused changes. The measurements made using a Ge(Li) spectrometer in the direction of the gaseous effluent plume of the Loviisa 1 reactor show a very low 41Ar contribution. No other effluent nuclides were observed
