Synthesis of alkyloaryl diselenites as substances with potential radioprotective action
Description
Some alkyloaryl disulphitas as well as alkyloaryl diselenites display radioprotective action. The authors synthetized 8 alkyloaryl diselenites 5 of which were as yet not described in the literature. These compounds were obtained after oxidation with atmospheric oxygen of some potassium salts of the Se-alkyloaryl-selenosulphuric acid. Their structure was confirmed by elementary and infrared spectral analysis. (author)
