To the corrosion of austenitic steels in sodium loops
Description
This report describes the comparison between experimental corrosion and calculated corrosion effects on austenitic steels exposed to liquid sodium. As basis for the calculations served a diffusion model. The comparison showed that the model is able to predict the corrosion effects. In addition the model was used to calculate the corrosion effect along an actual fuel rod. (orig.)

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden Korrosionseffekte unter Natrium an austenitischen Staehlen experimentell untersucht. Parallel dazu wurde auf der Basis eines Diffusionsmodells ein Rechenverfahren entwickelt, mit dem die experimentellen Ergebnisse theoretisch ueberprueft wurden. Dabei wurde nachgewiesen, dass die untersuchten Effekte durch das Diffusionsmodell beschrieben werden koennen. Darueber hinaus wurde das Diffusionsmodell zur Berechnung von Korrosionsraten und der Legierungselementverarmung in der Huellrohroberflaeche eines Brennstabes angewandt. (orig.)
