The preparation of 188Re labelled stannic sulfur suspension and preliminary animal experiment

Description
188Re labelled stannic sulfur suspension was prepared with two-steps: At first acid 188Re labelled suspension was obtained by adding stannous chloride into acidic solution of 188Re perrhenate and sodium thiosulphate, then adjust the pH of the solution to neutral point with NaOH and Na2HPO4 and 188Re labelled stannic sulfur suspension was formed. The particles sizes of this suspension were 2-5 μm mainly. The radiochemical purity was above 95%. The suspension was stable in vitro and vivo tests. Finally, animal experiments observed that the tumor inhibiting rate of this 188Re labelled stannic sulfur suspension was 90% in human glioma bearing nude mice
