Description
Modern state, prospects and certain aspects of chemometrics development in the activation analysis are considered in the review of literature for the late 30 years. Methods of analytical spectra unfolding, including procedures of noise filtration, isolation and analysis of nonstationary zones, identification of spectrum lines, measurement tract parameter calibration, are discussed. Problems of planning and optimization of activation analysis methods, as well as statistical methods for the interpretation of the results obtained, are considered
