Fast multicharged ion-induced satellite Auger electron angular distributions
- 1. Inst. of Nuclear Research, Hungarian Academy of Sciences (ATOMKI), Debrecen (Hungary)
Description
A number of Ne Auger KLL transitions have been measured and identified in spectra excited with different heavy ions. The analysis of the angular distribution of transitions from the N-like and O-like states determined alignment parameters as a function of the projectile charge as well as allowed assumptions to be made on the role of the electron-electron and spin-orbit interaction.
