Correction of calibration curves in X-ray fluorescence analysis

Description

The quantitative analysis of SO3, CaO, and SiO2 in products of the cement industry by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is influenced by inhomogeneities of the samples. After correction the calibration curve by comparison with results obtained from analysis of a parallel sample in dissoloed state or melt-down test the interfering effects can be eliminated
