Effect of conditions of chemical transport on features of epitaxial structure and distribution of niobium in solid solution based on monocrystalline tungsten
Description
Epitaxial layers of tungsten doped with niobium are grown on the substrates of monocrystal molybdenum by the method of chemical transport reactions. The effect of the process parameters on structure of the obtained layer, content and distribution of the doping element (niobium) is studied
