Full Text: The doping TIInS2 by B resulted to appearance of temperature range with study relaxer state at the temperature of Tt =185K there was a phase change from nano domain relaxer state to macro domain ferroelectric state. On polarization measurements burns temperature Td =220K was defined. Energy of activation Ea=0,003eV was determined from Vogel-Filcher relation
