Remote maintenance test of two-armed bilateral servomanipulator system
- 1. Power Reactor and Nuclear Fuels Development Corporation, Ibaraki (Japan)
Description
After designing the bilateral servomanipulator system, several tasks were decided upon as typical tasks to be tested. Remote maintainability of all tasks was confirmed through remote maintenance tests of the bilateral servomanipulator system. It was demonstrated that a bilateral servomanipulator could be maintained remotely in the large cell using other maintenance equipment
