Pain and temperature dependence of current in polycrystalline ZnGa2Se4

Description
Investigation of pain and temperature dependence of current (electrical conductivity) in high-resistance crystalline and amorphous semiconductors provides valuable information about mechanisms of charge transfer, traps and their important parameters. Polycrystalline semiconductors, which are the subject of the present investigations ZnGa2Se4, take intermediate position between mono crystallized and amorphous materials. Pain dependence of currents in semiconductors is investigated in electric fields till breakdown at different temperatures. Structures in a planar and sandwich performance, active elements are mono crystals, polycrystalline, amorphous materials and etc. results of the investigation of pain and temperature dependence of current in polycrystalline samples of ZnGa2Se4 compounds are submitted in this work first of all
