Crystal chemistry of intermetallic compounds and phase diagrams in papers of L'vov University collaborators (1984-1985)

Description
A list of investigations on physico-chemical interaction between metals and semimetals is made. Phase diagrams of 51 ternary systems (nucliding La-Y-B, Nb-Ga-C, Gd-Zr-Al etc.) are constructed. 26 new structural types among borides, carbides, indium and rare earth element compounds are opened. Physical properties of some intermetallic compounds (UNiGa5, RNiGe...) are investigated. 117 refs
