Description

A brief review presented in the paper testifies to that ion beam interaction with walls of a capillary from a good insulator has self-organizing character. It is shown that mechanism of contactless transport of ions through dielectric channels is different at different channel lengths and is determined by their aspect ratio

Abstract (Russian)

Краткий обзор, представленный в работе, свидетельствует, что взаимодействие пучка ионов со стенками капилляра, изготовленного из хорошего изолятора, имеет самоорганизующийся характер. Показано, что механизм бесконтактного прохождения ионов через диэлектрические каналы разный при разных длинах канала и определяется их аспектным отношением
