Crystals of fluorite structure synthesis, additive colouring, photochemistry of colour centers

Description
The efficiency of radiation formation of Ma+-colour centers (CC) in crystals of alkaline-earth fluorides activated with Li, Na, K is studied. Regions of linear dependence between the number of Maa+-CC formed under isodose radiation and impurity concentration are established. A method is proposed for approximate estimation of activator content; the method relies on the measurement of the intensity of Ma2+-center absorption in the band of main transition. Distribution coefficients of alkaline metal ions are studied; regions of their constancy and numeric values are determined
