Authors present the case report of primary malignant disease of duodenum and evaluate the contribution of various diagnostic procedures in detections of such pathology. They compare mainly the contribution of conventional X-ray study of gastrointestinal tract, endoscopic examination and hypotonic duodenography in the assessment of diagnosis.
