Description
Results are presented of an experimental investigation of effects due to alignment of target nuclei 233U and 235U in the neutron-induced fission reactions. The experimental set-up is described briefly. Difficulties in a theoretical interpretation of the experimental data are discussed. It is shown that an appearance for the intermediate values of the quantum number K=1 and 2 may be due to its partial conservation at the stage of formation of the compound nucleus and in the produced states
