The stage II recovery behavior of ion-irradiated Pt(Au) alloys
Creators

Description
The authors briefly discuss the results of a series of in-situ field-ion microscope (FIM) experiments on the stage II recovery behavior of ion-irradiated Pt(Au) alloys. These experiments provide direct and visible evidence for the long-range migration of self-interstitial atoms (SIAs) in substages IIsub(B) and IIsub(C) of three different Pt(Au) alloys. (Auth.)
