Description
Cumulative hadron-nucleus pd → π+ (180 deg) +..., p208Pb → π+ (180 deg)+... reactions are considered on the quark-parton model of elementary particle interaction. The regions of small and large transverse momenta (p sub(T)) of secondary particles are investigated. The comparison with the experimental data available is carried out. Some prediction calculations are presented. It is concluded that relativization of the Fermi nucleon motion in a nucleus does not explain the observed regularities. Inclusive cross sections in the fragmentation region are close by form to impulse nucleus quark distribution. With p sub(T) increase the mode change occurs which is manifested in changing the form of spectra and relative yield of various cumulative particles
