Ba(Pb, Sn)O3 and Ba(Pb, Ce)O3 solid solutions

The Ba(Pb1-xSnx)O3 (I), Ba(Pb1-xCex)O3 (II), (Ba1-yLay)(Pb0.7Sn0.3)O3 (0 ≤ y ≤ 0.25) (III), Ba1-yLay)(Pb0.75)Ce0.25)O3 (0 ≤ y ≤ 0.3) (IV) and Ba0.85La0.15 (Pb1-xCex)O3 (0 ≤ y ≤ 0.3) (V) solid solutions are synthesized and their structural and electroconductive characteristics are studied. Transition of the metal-dielectric-type are identified in the solid solutions I - III

Синтезированы и мзучены структурные и электропроводящие характеристики твердых растворов Ba(Pb1-xSnx)O3 (I), Ba(Pb1-xCex)O3 (II), (Ba1-yLay)(Pb0.7Sn0.3)O3 (0 ≤ y ≤ 0.25) (III), Ba1-yLay)(Pb0.75)Ce0.25)O3 (0 ≤ y ≤ 0.3) (IV) и Ba0.85La0.15 (Pb1-xCex)O3 (0 ≤ y ≤ 0.3) (V).
