Description

The radioactive ion beam (Rib) line at Vac Kolkata will require low intensity ion beam and energy diagnostic systems beyond the ECR, RFQ and second LINAC tank components. It is proposed that these measurements will be preferred by a combination of techniques; the central theme being Rutherford backscattering spectrometry
