High-spin states in 104Cd, 105Cd
Description
The 104Cd, 105Cd nuclei have been investigated in the 102Pd(α,nγ)104Cd, 102Pd(α,nγ)105Cd and 102Pd(α,3nγ)105Cd reactions. The proposed level schemes including states up to 4817.7 keV and 3342.9 keV for 104Cd and 105Cd respectively are based on results obtained from direct and delayed γ-ray spectra, excitation functions, γ-γ coincidences and γ-ray angular distributions. Intense E2 cascades have been observed in 104Cd nucleus. Decoupled bands built on the νhsub(11/2) and on νgsub(7/2) are populated in 105Cd
