Description
The tandem of the ΔE-E and t-E spectrometers has been mode at an external heavy-ion beam channel of the JINR synchrophasotron for an experimental study of short-lived extreme nuclear matter states by inclusive measurements of double differential cross sections of hadron and hard photon production in central nucleus-nucleus collisions. The possibilities and characteristics of this setup are discussed. 8 refs.; 11 figs.; 2 tabs
