Description
Peculiarities of anomalous Nernst-Ettingshausen effect (AENE) of amorphous ferromagnetics are investigated, taking (Fe100-xNix)90.8Si5.2B90Ge1.0 (X=0-21) alloys as examples. It was revealed that K Campbell parameter, characterizing AENE, depended strongly on temperature in amorphous state, whereas this dependence was not observed for the same samples in crystal state and for earlier analyzed Ni-Pd crystal alloys. Theoretical expressions for K were derived with account of elastic scattering of current carriers on topologic disorder. Possible reasons of observed K anomalies in amorphous state are discussed
