DROM: energy self-sufficiency in the sights

Description
This article proposes an overview of the situation of the different French overseas departments and territories regarding the main objective defined within energy multi-year programming, that is energy self-sufficiency by 2030, whereas the current energy mix is mainly based on fossil energies. While the article evokes projects and faced difficulties, the priority given to renewable energies, and the objective of development of a decarbonized mobility, a table indicates evolutions and objectives of electric power production by the different renewable energy sources
