Description
The chain of coherent non-radiative transitions of the defect has been considered. In this case the defect migrating through the crystal lattice is converted into the defecton. The dispersion law for such quasi-particle has been received by means of S-scattering matrix. The expression for the inverson effective mass has been also determined on the basis of the dispersion law. These calculations are supposed to be useful for the defect long-range migration in the Watkins effect. (author)
