Das Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsspektrum der verantwortlichen Personen fuer Errichtung und Inbetriebsetzung wird umrissen. Die Vermittlung der erforderlichen Fachkunde fuer diesen Personenkreis wird durch Beschreibung der beruflichen Werdegaenge des Oberbauleiters und des Gesamt-Inbetriebsetzungsleiters und durch die Erlaeuterung der begleitenden Schulungsmassnahmen dargelegt.
