Extraction of noble metals by using of oligomeric surface-active substances

  • 1. Institute of Nuclear Physics AS RU, Tashkent (Uzbekistan)

Description

It was studied extraction of precious metals and another elements from some acids by 2,2-di-{(1,6,7-3-hydroxyphenylene)}and poli-{2,2-di((1,6,7,-3-hydroxy-5-isopropyl-3-methyl-naftil-8-methylene) - (1-amino-2-carboxy phenylene-6-methyleneoxiglycol))-4-il}-methylene. Extraction of palladium from weak acid solutions by first reactant is good (DPd=15,6; E=95%). DPd raised in connection of first reactant concentration increasing (0,4%). From sulphuric acid with DPd =10, Pd is extracted by second reactant. Extraction of Os, Ru, Ag, Au, Pt, Cu, Zn, Ni is weak. Ir, Re, Co, W, Fe are not extracted. It was been worked out a separation method of Pd from Pt with the second reactant. The method has been tested on some artificial mixture of platinum metals. (author)
