The large d behaviour of triangulated random surfaces

By numerical simulation, we study the model of random surfaces introduced by Billoire, Gross and Marinari with respect to its approach to the d = infinite mean field saddle point. We provide substantial evidence that this limit is smoothly approached. (orig.)
