The cation of hexamethyldistannane generated by radiolysis: an E.S.R. study
Description
Analysis of the Sn hyperfine tensor components for (Me3Sn.SnMe3)+ generated by radiolysis of hexamethyldistannane in fluorotrichloromethane at 77 K shows that the metal-metal orbital is largely 4psub(z) + 4psub(z), the 4s contribution being negligible. (author)
