Radiation hardening of PEh-284, PEh-2120 lacquers in the oxygen of air
Description
To develop the technological process of radiation chemical hardening in the air of the coatings, based on the systems not containing styrene, radiation copolymerization of PEh-284, PEh-2120 polyester lacquers was investigated in the presence of the modified Aerosils. Irradiation was carried out in the air by the UEh-04M and EhOL-400 accelerators. Electron energy constituted 400 keV. The investigations carried out made possible to determine the efficiency of radiation hardening of the PEh-284, PEh-2120 lacquers in the air in the presence of the modified PST and ATs Aerosils, to select the optimal formulation of the corresponding lacquer compositions
